THEORETICAL MODEL OF THE SYSTEM OF PERSONAL RESOURCES FOR ENSURING PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY OF PERSONS IN SERVICE ACTIVITIES
The article substantiates the author's theoretical model of the system of personal resources for ensuring psychological safety of subjects of official activity, based on the idea of psychological safety as an integral personal formation of the subject. The essence of this phenomenon is the reflection of the surrounding reality in polar continuums: "dangerous - not dangerous", "hostile - not hostile", "protected - not protected". The totality of individual psychological characteristics of the subject determines his perception of the situation in the continuum "dangerous - not dangerous" and himself in this situation as "protected - not protected". Linked into a single system, these individual - psychological characteristics act as personal resources for ensuring psychological safety of subjects of official activity. The theoretical model was built on the basis of the synthesis of methodological ideas of the system-activity, subject, resource, structural, environmental, situational, axiological and dynamic approaches; the author's interpretation of the theoretical constructs "personal resources" and "psychological safety of subjects of official activity", as well as generalization of the results of the analysis of scientific discourse. As a result of generalizing the theoretical views of scientists, integrating disparate ideas, and analyzing the models of the phenomenon under study that exist in modern psychological science, a theoretical justification for the system of personal resources for ensuring the structure of psychological safety for subjects of official activity was carried out and a model representation of it was proposed.
