Benign and malignant uptake in the postoperative diagnosis of gastrointestinal tumors: a comparative study of 68Ga-FAPI-04 and 18F-FDG
68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/MRI is superior to 18F-FDG PET/CT in detecting recurrent anastomotic sites and lymph node metastases. However, for other lesions, 68Ga-FAPI-04 uptake provides little ability to differentiate between benign and malignant lesions. Clinicians should integrate these findings with other clinical information for optimal results.
