Structural heart disease (SHD) has emerged as one of the most dynamic frontiers in contemporary cardiology. Interventional echocardiography, once a niche discipline, is now central to the planning, execution, and follow-up of complex structural interventions. This comprehensive review traces the evolution of the field, anchored in both scientific literature and firsthand experience.
