CFT1946 is a clinical stage, orally available, brain-penetrant BRAFV600-mutant protein degrader that overcomes RAF dimer-driven resistance mechanisms to currently approved BRAF inhibitors and represents a promising approach to treating BRAFV600-mutant tumors.
