Rifamycin O as a novel CRBN ligand for targeted degradation of IKZF1/3 proteins in hematopoietic malignancies
Rifamycin O is identified as a novel CRBN ligand and molecular glue, recruiting CRBN to drive the ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of IKZF1 and IKZF3, thereby conferring potent anti-hematologic malignancy activity.
