Nd 3+ -doped 2D perovskite scintillators with ray-type-specific response <i>via</i> fragment-induced crystallization
This study introduces a fragment-induced crystallization method to overcome burst nucleation in neodymium-doped 2D perovskites, achieving efficient doping (0.04–3.43%). The doped single crystals exhibit an enhanced ray-type-specific response.
