Indicators of venous blood flow in the long-term period afterinferior vena cava thrombosis
Conclusions: Open thrombectomy of the inferior vena cava allows restoration of the lumen, ensuring effective venous blood flow, prevent post-thrombotic syndrome. Cavoplication prevents thromboembolic complications, increases blood flow velocity and leads to spontaneous restoration of the lumen of the inferior vena cava within 14.3±2.2 months (p≤0.01).
