Association of Tumor Budding Grade With Immunohistochemical Expression of Thrombin and PAR-1 in Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma
The expression of thrombin in PDAC is associated with higher TB grade and could suggest a more aggressive behavior of PDAC. Both thrombin and PAR-1 represent potential targets for new anti-cancer therapeutic strategies.
