The practical path of promoting Chengdu's new-type industrialization development with new quality productive forces

New quality productive forces have emerged as a critical driver for advancing high-quality industrial development. Chengdu has prioritized scientific and technological innovation to lead the construction of a modern industrial system, promoted industrial clustering and chain strengthening, deepened industry-academia-research integration, and refined service support systems, laying a solid foundation for new industrialization. However, at present, it still faces bottleneck problems such as the low innovation level of industrial entities, insufficient industrial agglomeration effect, blocked circulation of industrial data, and a weak supporting system. In response to the above challenges, the article puts forward four implementation paths: first, empowering the upgrading of industrial entities through scientific and technological innovation; second, enhancing the efficiency of industrial agglomeration via regional industrial linkage; third, promoting the circulation of industrial data by optimizing factor combination; fourth, strengthening the supporting system through platform collaborative innovation. The research conclusions offer theoretical support and practical references for high-quality regional industrial development, in order to provide significant guidance for Chengdu to overcome development bottlenecks and establish a modern industrial system.
