Predictive Model for Sciatic Nerve Block Efficacy Based on Perfusion Index and Regional Blood Flow Changes
The Perfusion Index and regional blood flow changes in the lower extremities are reliable predictors of the success of sciatic nerve blocks. The predictive model developed in this study is accurate and clinically applicable, providing an objective tool for the early assessment of block efficacy.
