Dramatic Scenario—Stent and Graft Failure Both within a Month: A Case Report

REPORTradial strength DES at 16 bar, after predilatation with a cutting balloon.Proximal optimization technique (POT) was done in LMCA with a 5 mm balloon.The result was excellent, and TIMI III flow was established in LAD (Figs 3 to 7).She was advised staged PCI to distal anastomosis through the SVG graft to OM1.She was discharged after 3 days of PCI in a stable condition, angina-free, with NT-ProBNP reduced to 600 and EF improved to 45%.She has been regularly following up for the past 10 months, and she is self-ambulatory and able to perform all her regular activities by herself.
