A controlled growth strategy for CAU-17 MOF thin films via two-step synthesis
Sputtering-assisted two-step synthesis converts amorphous Bi 2 O 3 into crystalline CAU-17 MOF thin films through an oriented attachment mechanism, enabling controlled growth of nanorods directly on various substrates.
