Study on the effects of phase anomalies in box-type transformers on grid reliability and comprehensive management strategies
As a core node for power conversion and distribution in the distribution network, box-type Transformers have seen phase anomaly issues emerge as a critical factor threatening grid reliability. This paper systematically analyses the causes of phase anomalies, their dynamic impacts on grid stability, and comprehensive management strategies. By integrating domestic and foreign research achievements and engineering cases, it reveals the cascade reaction mechanism of phase anomalies under multi-physical field coupling. Studies show that phase anomalies not only lead to local voltage instability, equipment overload, and harmonic pollution but may also trigger regional power outages through negative damping effects in weak grid environments. The collaborative application of intelligent monitoring technologies, adaptive control strategies, and optimized equipment design can significantly enhance the robustness and economic efficiency of the power grid. Future research should further explore the engineering implementation paths for AI-driven phase prediction models and full-life-cycle digital twin technologies.
