Assessment of integrated energy system resilience under extreme natural disasters
In recent years, extreme natural disasters such as typhoons, rainstorms, and floods have occurred frequently, causing severe impacts on the energy production and transmission links of power systems, such as transmission lines exposed to the external environment, and posing a great threat to the safe operation of power systems. Based on the Batts typhoon wind field model, a power line breakage-fault and recovery probability model considering typhoon trajectory and wind speed is constructed, and a complete set of operational scenarios for integrated energy systems under extreme disasters is built from the perspective of network topology changes. The weak time intervals of system resilience are analyzed based on the expected value of system performance loss. Meanwhile, key weak branches in the power network are identified by using two quantitative evaluation indices, namely the node-associated vulnerability index and the electric betweenness.
