Design and implementation of robot remote monitoring and operation mode change under the background of industry 4.0
Taking A company in a large city as an example, this paper systematically analyzes the design of remote monitoring and operation mode of industrial robots under the background of Industry 4.0. By constructing a 'cloud-edge-end' collaborative architecture, integrating multi-source data intelligent analysis, and innovating the operation and maintenance (O&M) ecosystem model, Company A has transformed the remote monitoring and O&M of industrial robots from a reactive to a proactive approach, significantly enhancing the accuracy of fault diagnosis and O&M efficiency. This article introduces various technologies related to industrial robots, including remote monitoring technology, remote fault diagnosis technology, and 5G remote O&M technology. This paper analyzes the design status of remote monitoring and operation mode of industrial robots, expounds its current situation, and explains the new ideas of reform of remote monitoring and operation mode of industrial robots under the influence of modern industrial technology.
