The effect of changing thrombolytic treatment for acute ischemic stroke on healthcare resource usage from the perspective of healthcare professionals: a pilot study
The introduction of a single-bolus thrombolytic agent to treat acute ischemic stroke could lead to significant system efficiencies in the UK. These findings are expected to be broadly generalizable to other settings and merit global consideration.
