The Value of Dynamic of Alkaline Phosphatase and Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio in Predicting the Efficacy of Neoadjuvant Immunochemotherapy in Patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
The findings indicate that dNLR and dALP can serve as independent predictors of pCR and EFS in patients with NSCLC treated with neoadjuvant immunochemotherapy. The pCR prediction model incorporating these two markers showed excellent predictive performance, providing valuable clinical guidance for selecting patients who are most likely to benefit from neoadjuvant immunochemotherapy.
