Survey on fertility-related mental health status and social stress among nulliparous women of different age groups in early pregnancy: A multicenter study
The psychological challenges during pregnancy vary by maternal age, with younger women experiencing more financial stress and fears of parenting, while older women face heightened pressures related to career development and societal expectations. The findings emphasize the need for integrating mental health screening into routine prenatal care to better support maternal well-being and improve pregnancy outcomes.
