DBU‐Mediated Difluoroalkylation of Cyclic Sulfonyl Aldimines with Difluoroenoxysilanes

Abstract An efficient DBU‐catalyzed difluoroalkylation of cyclic sulfonyl aldimines with difluoroenoxysilanes has been developed, providing a series of cyclic sulfamates and sulfonamides in good to excellent yields (23 examples, 75%–95% yield). This operationally simple protocol demonstrates excellent scalability in gram‐scale reactions and offers versatile opportunities for the synthesis of diverse difluoroalkylated compounds.
