The combined effect of statin and vitamin C in patients with pulmonary septic shock: a single-center, double-blind clinical trial
The results of this study showed that the simultaneous use of statin and vitamin C can reduce inflammation indicators in ICU-admitted sepsis patients; however, this short-term intervention had no effect on mortality in the patients.
