Research and application of intelligent management system for vocational education based on artificial intelligence
Under the background of rapid development of information technology, artificial intelligence (AI) is gradually penetrating into the field of education management, providing new opportunities for intelligent management of vocational education. The current management of vocational education is facing problems such as insufficient personalized demand, uneven resource allocation, and difficulty in monitoring teaching quality, while the traditional management mode has been difficult to meet the development needs of modern vocational education. This paper researches and discusses the intelligent management system of vocational education based on artificial intelligence, and carries out an in-depth analysis from the aspects of system architecture, core technology, application practice, etc. It focuses on the application of machine learning, knowledge graph, big data analysis and other technologies in the optimization of teaching resources, intelligent class scheduling, and personalized learning recommendation. The effectiveness of the system in improving management efficiency, optimizing the allocation of educational resources, and promoting personalized teaching is verified through actual case studies. The study shows that AI technology can greatly promote the innovation of the management mode of vocational education and provide powerful support for the intelligence, precision and efficiency of education management. In the future, the system will be further combined with more advanced technologies, such as reinforcement learning and intelligent decision-making system, in order to realize a more accurate and efficient vocational education management mode.
