Research on flood disaster monitoring and early warning system integrating three-dimensional geographic information and numerical simulation

The flood disaster monitoring and early warning system, which integrates 3D geographic information system (3D GIS) and numerical simulation technology, integrates multi-source geographic information such as digital elevation model (DEM), remote sensing image, basic geographic vector data and meteorological data to construct 3D terrain model, 3D building model and water system model, thus realizing accurate 3D spatial representation of the research area. Using pyramid 3D data engine technology, the system realizes the efficient management and display of massive 3D data, and supports high-fidelity 3D scene visualization and numerical simulation analysis. In the aspect of numerical simulation, the 2D hydrodynamic model LISFLOOD-FP suitable for complex terrain is selected, which can accurately simulate the propagation characteristics of flood in different media. By coupling 3D GIS with numerical simulation model, the system can transmit and share data in real time, dynamically simulate flood evolution, and display the prediction results of flood inundation range, water depth and velocity distribution in 3D visualization form. The system architecture includes user interface, data service layer, database system, business logic layer and data acquisition and transmission layer, which ensures the efficient operation process from data acquisition to user interaction. Case analysis shows that the system shows good accuracy and practicability in practical application, which effectively improves the emergency response time of government departments and the public's hedging actions, reduces casualties and property losses, and provides strong technical support for the effective management of flood disasters.
