Modular design and production scheduling optimization of tourism equipment housing based on simulated annealing algorithm
In recent years, with the sustained development of the social economy, the tourism industry has ushered in a golden period of vigorous growth. As an important supporting facility in the tourism industry, tourism equipment and housing have increasingly significant advantages and value. Modular design of houses, with its high efficiency, environmental friendliness, and flexibility, has become a key force in promoting the upgrading of the residential industry and ensuring the steady progress of the construction industry. The construction mode of modular buildings determines that most components are produced and assembled in the factory, and only the assembly between module units needs to be carried out on the construction site. This makes rational optimization of production scheduling a core element in improving the efficiency of building component production. Based on this, this article proposes a modular design and production scheduling optimization method for tourism equipment housing based on simulated annealing algorithm (SA). This method aims to achieve scientific division and combination of modules in modular design through the optimization mechanism of SA, and improve the overall performance and assemblability of the building; In terms of production scheduling, precise planning of production processes can reduce production costs and significantly shorten production cycles. The results show that after applying this method, the production efficiency of tourism equipment houses has been significantly improved, and the cost has been significantly reduced.
