Optimization design and experimental study of human engineering mechanics in children’s intelligent play teaching aids

Healthy, positive, and technologically advanced cross-border new toys are severely lacking in modern society, intelligent toys that can popularize knowledge, obtain pleasure, vent emotional waste, and provide emotional compensation during entertainment are urgently needed to be researched and developed. Based on the basic theory of computational fluid dynamics, this paper proposes reasonable assumptions and simplifications to establish a mathematical model describing the filling process and determines the viscosity model of the melt flow behavior. It also proposes the design of the appearance structure of intelligent toys. Subsequently, the interactive system model of the internal structure of intelligent toys is designed, and a method for multi-sensory interactive design of children’s intelligent toys is proposed to meet the multi-sensory needs of children under logic. The experimental results of the intelligent toy proposed in this paper based on engineering mechanics show that the frequency response curves of the acceleration of the mannequin and the real person in different vibration tests at the seat of the toy car and the waist have good consistency, and the comfort level remains at around 95% in all modes. The polyurethane foam material can effectively reduce the peak value of the center of gravity acceleration of the head, and its thickness is 22 mm, which can effectively reduce the impact of the toy car tipping over. As the density of the foam increases, the peak value of the head’s center of mass acceleration first decreases and then increases, and as the density increases, the time it takes for the head’s center of mass acceleration to reach its peak also gradually decreases. The optimal hardness of the foam is 66 kg/m -3 . When the hardness of the foam is too large, the head model will experience a larger counteracting force during the collision process, causing the peak value of the head’s center of mass acceleration to increase. However, when the hardness of the foam is too small, the proportion of compression deformation during the collision process will be larger, causing the peak value of the head’s center of mass acceleration to increase as well.
