Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices refer to the implementation of environmentally friendly ideas and practices into an organization’s HRM plans and activities. These practices are intended to increase environmental awareness, responsibility, and sustainability among employees and the organization as a whole. Determining the impact of GHRM practices on employee satisfaction is the main objective of this comprehensive study. Organizations are increasingly implementing GHRM strategies to encourage employees to behave sustainably in light of growing environmental sustainability concerns. Two hundred fourteen respondents from a small number of IT companies in the state of Telangana provided the information. The research looks into the connection between various eco-friendly HRM strategies and employee satisfaction. A mixed-approach strategy is adopted in this study to gather data from a diverse group of employees across different organizations. The relationship between GHRM practices and employee satisfaction was investigated using correlation. The key GHRM practices that contribute to employee satisfaction were identified through multiple regression analyses. The chi-square test was used to analyze the relationship between GHRM practices and employee satisfaction. The outcomes of this study will enhance our understanding of how GHRM practices impact employee satisfaction and provide valuable insights for businesses seeking to improve their sustainability efforts and employee well-being.
