Therapeutic efficacy of sacituzumab govitecan in recurrent refractory germ cell tumors
Our preclinical work on CDX and PDX together with proof-of-concept clinical case provide rationale for further studies. Refractory relapsing TGCTs represent another clinical entity for treatment with ADC-SG.
