Computational analysis of bio‐Marangoni convective flow of Casson trihybrid nanofluid with chemical reaction

Abstract In the current study, mass and heat transfer flow of Bio‐Marangoni convection Casson trihybrid nanofluid over a sheet in the existence of microbes with variable fluid properties are investigated. Examined the impact of chemical, and Soret and Dufour effects on trihybrid nanofluid are explained. Marangoni convection is used in semiconductor manufacturing, molten crystal formation, thin‐film diffusion growth, and vapor bubbles during nucleation. We considered the aluminum alloys AA7072, AA7075, and in sodium alginate. The aluminium alloys used in this study are precisely engineered materials with enhanced properties related to heat transport. The alloy known as AA7072 is a composite made up of 98 & 1 ratios of aluminum to zinc, plus other metals like silicon, ferrous, and copper. In the same way, AA7075 is a combination of silicon ferrous and magnesium along with roughly 90, 6, 3, and 1 ratios of aluminum, magnesium, copper, and zinc. Using a new set of similarity variables, the governing PDEs are converted into nonlinear ODEs, which are then numerically solved using the BVP4c method. The Soret and Dufour effects are enhanced by the rate of heat and mass transmission.
