Objective. To develop a technique for recreating the anatomy, aesthetics and polyhedrons of nasal tip with formation of soft contours in revision rhinoplasty. Material and methods. Tip transplants from costal grafts and costal perichondrium were used for reconstruction of nasal tip. Results. There were 53 surgical interventions between February 2024 and February 2025. All patients were women aged 25—49 years (mean 37). In all cases, open rhinoplasty was performed. Conclusion. Nasal tip correction in revision rhinoplasty guarantees favorable aesthetic results regarding shape and volume with soft contours, as well as prevents postoperative aesthetic complications.
