Leukocyte Esterase Estimation to Diagnose Cerebro‐Spinal Fluid Leucocytosis in Neonates
CSF leucocyte esterase estimation by reagent strips has a moderately high specificity and a good LR<sup>+</sup> but, overall, does not have sufficiently robust diagnostic accuracy to substitute CSF leucocyte counts.
