LncRNA SNHG14 knockdown mitigates sevoflurane-induced neuronal injury by upregulating miR-22-3p
Sev treatment leads to increased SNHG14 expression levels and decreased miR-22-3p levels. Knockdown of SNHG14 could alleviate Sev-induced inflammation and damage in nerve cells by increasing the level of miR-22-3p. This could be a potential target for the treatment of Sev-induced neuroinflammation.
