PMSM active disturbance rejection control based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm

In response to the problem of reduced robustness of a controlled system composed of permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) due to uncertainties such as external disturbances and parameter changes caused by operating temperature, it proposes an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based active disturbance rejection control scheme for PMSM. Firstly, The design method of conventional active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) controller is analyzed, and according to the problem of many parameters and difficult tuning of ADRC controller, a solution of self-tuning by optimization algorithm is proposed. Secondly, the optimization algorithm is tested and compared according to the standard test function provided by the test set. The optimization algorithm with strong optimization ability and fast convergence speed is used as the parameter tuning method of the controller. The parameters of the ADRC controller are optimized in real time by the optimization ability of the optimization algorithm, and the performance of the ADRC controller is better. The system simulation results show that this method has stronger robustness than the traditional ADRC controller under the influence of uncertain factors such as tracking speed and load disturbance.
