Intelligent cluster segmentation and flexible cooperative control for distribution network based on improved artificial hummingbird algorithm

Aiming at a series of problems caused by large-scale distributed photovoltaic access to the distribution network, such as difficult regulation and management, power flow reversal and poor voltage stability, an intelligent cluster division and flexible interconnection control strategy is proposed to optimize the operation efficiency and stability of the distribution network, and realize the autonomy of the group and the coordination between the groups. Firstly, a comprehensive performance index system including modularity index, static voltage stability index and source-load matching index is constructed as the basis for cluster division. At the same time, an artificial hummingbird algorithm based on Tent chaotic map and dynamic adjustment factor is proposed to enhance the diversity and uniformity of the initial population and avoid falling into local optimum. Secondly, the minimum active network loss and the minimum voltage offset are normalized as the objective function. On the basis of distribution network division, intelligent soft switch is connected to optimize the distribution network. Finally, the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed distribution network cluster division method and the intelligent soft switch access based on cluster division are verified by simulation.
