Smith IHHOGA PID temperature control strategy for electromagnetic induction heating system with waste wind consumption
Aiming at the problem of low precision of indoor temperature control in wind heating in northern China, a composite intelligent PID parameter optimization method is proposed: the Harris Hawk Optimization (HHO) algorithm is improved through the introduction of tent chaotic mapping, dynamic weights, and Logistic functions, and the parameters of the improved HHO (IHHO) are optimized by GA, which combines with Smith's prognosticator to compensate for the system hysteresis, forming a Smith's IHHOGA PID control strategy. MATLAB simulation shows that the strategy performs optimally in terms of overshooting amount, regulation time, dynamic response and stability, which significantly improves the indoor heating temperature control accuracy and comfort.
