Research on the operation scheduling and external transmission optimization of wind-solar-thermal-storage systems in large-scale energy bases adapted to extreme weather scenarios
Large-scale energy bases, with a focus on desert, Gobi and wasteland areas, are the top priority in the development of new energy during the 15th Five-Year Plan period in China. Currently, their development and construction are being accelerated, but they are facing key issues in the dispatching and operation mechanism. This paper proposes an operation scheduling and external transmission optimization model for the wind, solar, thermal and storage systems of large-scale energy bases that adapt to extreme weather scenarios. The objective function of the model is to combine the maximum net profit of system operation, the maximum total output power of wind and solar power, the minimum carbon emissions, and the minimum deviation between transmission power and the load at the receiving end. It also includes power output series constraints, external power series constraints and system power balance constraints. It takes into account the deep regulation coal consumption of thermal power units and the probability of extreme weather occurrence, and obtains a stepped external transmission power that is very close to the load. It verifies that the model can adapt to extreme weather scenarios and obtain the scientific operation indicators of typical years while ensuring the computing speed. Provide a theoretical basis for the development and operation of large-scale energy bases.
