Research on safe optimal dispatch of new power system units considering inertia coordination between supply side and demand side
With the development of new power system, the "double high" characteristics of high proportion of renewable energy and high proportion of power electronic equipment have become increasingly prominent. The power system has the problems of insufficient inertia level and reduced frequency stability. Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to give consideration to the economic operation of low inertia system and the stability of frequency security, this paper considers the inertia of the supply side and the demand side to participate in the frequency support, and establishes a unit safety optimization scheduling model with the lowest total operation cost of the system as the objective function and the minimum inertia of the system as the main constraint. Firstly, according to the characteristics of the new power system, the calculation expression of the system equivalent inertia including the traditional thermal power mechanical inertia and the virtual inertia of the new energy unit is derived. Secondly, the feasibility of the demand side participating in the frequency support is analyzed, the demand side equivalent inertia response strategy is designed, and the demand side inertia support is combined with the supply side, and the complete equivalent inertia expression is derived. Finally, a unit safety optimal dispatch model considering the inertia coordination of supply side and demand side is established, and the optimization solution is based on the improved IEEE 14 node. The effectiveness of the proposed model in improving economy and safety is verified.
