Gut microbiota and metabolomic profiles of tacrolimus-induced DILI in renal transplant recipients: a population-based case control study
In renal transplant recipients, distinct GM and enteric metabolic profiles differentiate patients with DILI from those with stable liver function. Key microbial taxa-including Oscillibacter, Bacteroides, Ruminococcus gnavus group, and Lachnospiraceae NK4A136 group-potentially contribute to DILI pathogenesis through modulation of bile acid metabolism and inflammatory signaling pathways.
