Abstract Disclosure: F. Yang: None. Background: This research investigated the changes in psychological and behavioral problems of girls with CPP after GnRHa treatment and analyzed the influencing factors. To provide practical data for improving the treatment of precocious girls and paying attention to their physical and mental health. Methods: Girls from the pediatric outpatient department of West China Hospital of Sichuan University were collected from June 2022 to December 2022. According to the diagnostic criteria of central precocious puberty and whether they received GnRHa treatment after diagnosis, they were divided into a normal control group, an untreated central precocious puberty group, and a treated group. A questionnaire was used to investigate the psychological and behavioral effects of GnRHa treatment on girls with central precocious puberty. The questionnaire mainly included children's family-rearing environment, girls' fear of injection, body image evaluation, and core self-evaluation. Results: A total of 70 girls were enrolled in this study, including 23 in the control group, 15 in the CPP untreated group, and 32 in the treated group. There was no significant difference in self-evaluation of body image among the three groups (p>0.05). The body image scores of girls in the CPP untreated group were significantly lower than those in the control group and CPP treated group (p<0.05). The parental evaluation scores of the body shape of girls in the CPP untreated group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the CPP treated group (p < 0.05). Girls' self-evaluation of body image was in good agreement with parents' evaluation, with statistical significance (kappa=0.29, approximate Tb=6.36, P<0.05). The self-evaluation of girls in the CPP untreated group was inconsistent with parental evaluation (p>0.05), parental evaluation was lower than self-evaluation. There were no significant differences in core self-evaluation among the three groups (p>0.05). There were 32 girls in the CPP treatment group, 71.88% of them had different degrees of injection fear psychological behavior, and the scores of girls in the 6-12 months CPP treatment group were significantly higher than those in other subgroups (p<0.05). Conclusions: The body image self-evaluation of CPP girls was similar to that of normal girls. Parents of untreated CPP girls showed more negative psychological behaviors than those in girls. Parents of untreated CPP girls were more dissatisfied with their girls' body image than parents of normal girls and parents of CPP girls after treatment. In the course of treatment, most CPP girls had different degrees of injection fear, and the most obvious injection fear behavior was at 6-12 months of treatment. Keywords GnRHa Central precocious puberty Psychological behavior Presentation: Sunday, July 13, 2025
