The possibilities of realizing reproductive function in women with endometrial hyperplasia

Based on the analysis of published works, risk factors and causes of hyperplastic processes in the endometrium are presented. The stages of formation and forms of endometrial hyperplasia are highlighted. The pathogenetic mechanisms of reproductive dysfunction in endometrial hyperplasia are described. The need for sufficiently long-term (more than 6 months) hormone therapy, the use of all methods to normalize fat metabolism, and the mandatory use of a personalized approach to treatment is emphasized. Endometrial hyperplasia in women of late reproductive age is not an absolute contraindication to the onset and prolongation of pregnancy, proper management of patients allows you to preserve the possibility of conception and gestation. The results of research aimed at understanding the mechanisms of reproductive dysfunction in endometrial hyperplasia are very significant and require further study.
