Intelligent Management System for Construction Solid Waste Reduction throughout Building Lifecycle Based on BIM and AI

The construction industry is still a major player in producing solid waste, yet practices currently in place do not integrate life cycle or predict. This study finds gaps about waste reduction throughout the life of the building; it gives a new way to mix together Building Information Modeling (BIM) with Artificial Intelligence -- AI to work out and decrease the waste made in building houses. To build a smart, tech-powered framework that makes things sustainable and efficient all through the design, building, and using stages. Literature review + simulation modeling + real-world projects (commercial construction): Mixedmethod methodology is utilized; according to the results, it shows that integrating BIM and AI can decrease material waste up to 30%, decrease procurement and disposal costs, and increase efficiency of energy and resources by using AI for predictive analysis, material tracking, and automated waste classification. Our project' s main innovation lies in merging BIM tech, AI, and RFID tech into a complete entity and using them together. This way we can use things much more effectively at any given moment, thus making our construction more circular. In this frameworkit will cut down on waste used with landfills and also has both environmental and financial benefits. It will give suggestions to anyone interested in using sustainable construction techniques.
