Antioxidant Effect of n-Butanol Fraction of Echinochloa crus-galli (L.) Beauv. in Caenorhabditis elegans
In the search for antioxidants among native plants in Korea, it was observed that n-butanol fraction of Echinochloa crus-galli (L.) Beauv. (Gramineae) methanol extract had a strong scavenging effect on DPPH radicals. In the expreiments using Caenorhabditis elegans model system, the n-butanol fraction of Echinochloa crus-gali (BEC) decreased reactive oxygen species (ROS) le<span style=color:#999999 > ... </span><a href=javascript:; onclick=onClickReadNode('NODE12414516');fn_statistics('Z354','null','null'); style='color:#999999;font-size:14px;text-decoration:underline;' >전체 초록 보기</a>
