Pipeline embolization device versus Neuroform Atlas stent in the treatment of distal anterior circulation aneurysms: a retrospective cohort study
The PED and Atlas SAC are equally safe and effective in the treatment of DACAs. The PED has the advantage of a shorter operation time, while Atlas SAC is more cost-effective. The presence of an incorporated branch is an independent predictor of delayed aneurysm occlusion.
