The genome sequence of the Orange-finned Danio, Danio kyathit Fang, 1998

<ns3:p> We present a chromosome-level genome assembly from an individual female <ns3:italic>Danio kyathit</ns3:italic> (the Orange-finned Danio; Chordata; Actinopteri; Cypriniformes; Cyprinidae). The genome sequence is 1,708.4 megabases in span. Most of the assembly (95.66%) is scaffolded into 25 chromosomal pseudomolecules. </ns3:p>
