Visible-light-driven valorization of biomass-derived furfuryl alcohol to diesel precursors with simultaneous H 2 evolution over a dual functional In 2 S 3 –Zn 5 In 2 S 8 photocatalyst
Solar-driven In 2 S 3 –Zn 5 In 2 S 8 heterostructures enable simultaneous furfuryl alcohol coupling and H 2 production without sacrificial agents, offering a green route for biomass valorization and solar fuel coproduction.
