The Smallest Eigenvalue of Large Hankel Matrices Associated with a Deformed Gaussian Weight

We concentrate on large $$n\times n$$ Hankel matrices generated by a deformed Gaussian weight. By employing an argument from Szegö [15] and utilizing the Coulomb fluid approach, we demonstrate the asymptotic behavior of the smallest eigenvalue of these Hankel matrices.

Abstract

We concentrate on large $$n\times n$$ Hankel matrices generated by a deformed Gaussian weight. By employing an argument from Szegö [15] and utilizing the Coulomb fluid approach, we demonstrate the asymptotic behavior of the smallest eigenvalue of these Hankel matrices.
