Assessment of Labour Inequalities in Baltic States

The paper analyses labour inequalities in Baltic States and develops multicriteria assessment and ranking case study for Baltic Statets in terms of labor inequalities. The paper provides analysis of the main problems of labor inequalities in Baltic States based on indicators framework used to assess labor inequalites. The policies and measures used to promote equal labor market partiicpation in Baltic States was were analysed and compared. Based on analysis of labor inequality indicators and ranking of countries the discussion of policies in BalticStates was performed.The paper also provides policy recommendations for ensuring equal opportunities in labor market based on case study conducted in Baltic States.
