Ictal Single-Photon Emission Computed Tomography Imaging: Pioneering Experience and Feasibility in a Low-Resource Setting

We discussed the difficulties faced at three different levels-system-level, hospital-level, and patient-level-and how they were navigated. In our opinion, ictal SPECT can be readily readopted among deeply phenotyped patients to mitigate its previous logistic drawbacks.
