A New Journey from 40th Anniversary of IJMPA & MPLA
This short paper is for celebrating the 40th anniversary of International Journal of Modern Physics A(IJMPA) & Modern Physics Letters A(MPLA) by emphasizing the importance of the discovery of Higgs boson in 2012 at CERN on LHC, and worldwide consensus on urgent construction of Higgs factories, among them CEPC as one of the candidates. The enhanced efforts on accelerators and beam physics are highlighted by noting that a new section of “Accelerator and Beam Physics” has been created on IJMPA&MPLA in 2025.
