DEVELOPMENT OF COOPERATION IN THE FIELD OF DESIGN AND SURVEY WORK IN THE OIL AND GAS SECTOR ON THE EXAMPLE OF LUKOIL AND TYUMEN INDUSTRIAL UNIVERSITY

The article is devoted to the analysis of the interaction of oil and gas enterprises in design and exploration activities in modern conditions with universities that produce specialists for the industry. The obstacles to such cooperation are being analyzed. The article reveals the current personnel problems of the oil and gas industry design direction and potential barriers in the field of university cooperation with companies that act as customers of design and survey activities with government participation. A positive example of such cooperation between LUKOIL and Tyumen Industrial University is being considered.
