INFLUENCE OF ELECTROCHEMICAL SHAPING METHODS FOR THE ACCURACY OF COPYING THE ELECTRODE-TOOL

This article presents discusses possible schemes for electrochemical shaping of tool engravings of stamps, molds, spigot molds and similar parts by copying an electrode-tool on copying and stitching equipment. Experimental studies have shown that for the manufacture of parts with an accuracy of 0.04-0.06 mm, a pulse-cyclic electrochemical processing circuit with a vibrating tool electrode is preferable.

Abstract

This article presents discusses possible schemes for electrochemical shaping of tool engravings of stamps, molds, spigot molds and similar parts by copying an electrode-tool on copying and stitching equipment. Experimental studies have shown that for the manufacture of parts with an accuracy of 0.04-0.06 mm, a pulse-cyclic electrochemical processing circuit with a vibrating tool electrode is preferable.
