Scotogenic mechanism from an extended SU(2)1 × SU(2)2 × U(1)Y electroweak symmetry

A bstract We propose an extension of the electroweak sector of the Standard Model in which the gauge group SU(2) L is promoted to SU(2) 1 × SU(2) 2 . This framework naturally includes a viable dark matter candidate and generates neutrino masses radiatively à la Scotogenic . Our scenario can be viewed as an ultraviolet extension of the Scotogenic mechanism, addressing some of its shortcomings. The resulting phenomenology may be probed through a range of experimental signatures, from precision electroweak measurements to searches for lepton flavor violation.
